高职学前教育专业课程教学改革研究——基于课岗证赛融合视角

Research on the Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational Pre-school Education Professional Curriculum

课、岗、证、赛融合是指职业教育与岗位要求之间的相互融合,学生通过课程学习,考取所需职业资格证书,参加专业技能大赛,掌握未来工作岗位所需具备的专业能力。通过分析高职院校学前教育专业课程教学现状,分析了当前存在的问题,并指出在课岗证赛融合形式下,高职院校要注重"课程教学改革-岗位所需专业能力-职业资格考证能力-技能大赛能力要求"的相互融合,培养学生未来工作岗位所需能力。

The integration of course,post,certificate and competition refers to the mutual integration between vocational education and post requirements.Through the course learning,students can obtain the required vocational qualification certificates,participate in the vocational skill competition,and master the vocational skills required for future jobs.This paper analyzes the present situation of pre-school education course teaching in higher vocational colleges,points out the existing problems,and proposes higher vocational colleges attach importance to the integration of course teaching reform-vocational competence required by the post-professional certificate examination ability-skill competition requirements,and cultivate students'ability for the future jobs.
