高职院校大学生“工匠精神”培育传承研究

Research on the Cultivation and Inheritance of Craftsmanship Spirit of Higher Vocational Students

工匠精神的传承是企业发展的内在需要,不仅要求发挥企业的主体作用,更应发挥出职业院校在人才培养上的优势及特色,探索出一条适合高职院校工匠精神培养的方法和路径,为我国实现创造大国、工业强国的目标贡献出一份力量。基于此,首先对"工匠精神"培育传承效能忽视及其成因进行了分析,之后从营造"工匠精神"培育传承的环境、激活"工匠精神"培育传承的动力、搭建"工匠精神"培育传承的载体、提高"工匠精神"培育传承的效能四个方面提出了高职院校大学生"工匠精神"培育传承的路径。

The inheritance of craftsmanship spirit is the inherent need of enterprise development,therefore it not only gives play to the role of enterprises,but the advantages and characteristics of vocational colleges in talent training.It should explore the method for training craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges,and contribute to the realization of creative and industrial power.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the neglect of the inheritance efficiency of craftsmanship spirit cultivation and its causes,then puts forward the path of craftsmanship spirit cultivation and inheritance of higher vocational college students from four aspects:creating the environment of craftsmanship spirit cultivation and inheritance;activating the power of craftsmanship spirit cultivation and inheritance;building the carrier of craftsmanship spirit cultivation and inheritance;improving the efficiency of craftsmanship spirit cultivation.
