隐丹参酮对顺铂化疗后荷瘤小鼠肝肾功能的保护作用

摘要 据2017年癌症统计报告:美国将有1 688 780例新增癌症病例及600 920例癌症死亡病例,而肺癌仍作为全球发病率及致死率最高的恶性肿瘤,超过1 / 4的癌症患者死于肺癌[1];晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)标准一线治疗仍为含铂类两药联合方案化疗[2]。顺铂是周期非特异性抗肿瘤药物,长久以来作为重要的一线化疗药物应用于临床,但其不良反应包括肝肾功能损伤、骨髓抑制、胃肠道不适等严重限制了其在临床中的应用,给肿瘤患者带来了极大的伤害[3]。
