城市公交管理和运营是一个复杂而庞大的系统工程,城市公交的发展水平和服务质量直接影响着当地居民的出行效率和生活水平。它不仅是一个城市交通发展的主动脉,而且也体现了一个城市发展的文明化程度。格尔木市公交系统经过历年来的不断发展,现已逐渐迈入快速发展的轨道,公交投入不断加大,公交线网不断拓展,公交服务领域不断扩大,公交服务水平和基础设施大幅提升,为市民出行提供了良好的交通运输保障。本文通过对格尔木市公交系统的走访调研、资料整理和数据分析,针对格尔木市公交系统管理和运营现状进行了系统分析,并梳理了存在的主要问题。

Urban public transport management and operation is a complex and huge system engineering.The development level and service quality of urban public transport directly influence on the travel efficiency and living standard of local residents,It is not only the main artery of urban traffic development,but also reflects the degree of civilization of urban development.After years of continuous development,Golmud’s public transport system has gradually entered the track of rapid development,with increasing investment in public transport,expanding public transport network and the field of public transport services,it is greatly improving the level of public transport services and infrastructure,providing a good transportation guarantee for citizens to travel.Based on the investigation,data collation and data analysis of the public transport system in Golmud City,this paper makes a systematic analysis status of operation and Public Transport System management in Golmud City,and analyze the main problems.
