农村公路桥梁养护与管理机制研究

Study on Maintenance and Management Mechanism of Rural Highway Bridges

农村公路桥梁是农村公路的重要组成部分,桥梁的养护质量与交通安全及区域经济发展密切相关。本文从湖北随县的一次危桥检查出发,对农村公路桥梁的养护管理现状进行分析,提出农村公路桥梁在养护与管理中存在的问题,并分析问题产生的原因,从完善管养模式及责任体系、拓宽筹资渠道、建立管养考核机制及提高管养人员的技能水平等方面提出农村公路桥梁管养创新发展的方式方法。

The rural highway bridge is an important part of rural roads,the maintenance quality of bridges are closely related to traffic safety and regional economic development.This paper is based on a dangerous bridge inspection of Sui County,Hubei Province,analyzes the present maintenance and management situation of rural highway bridge,puts forward the problems of rural highway bridges existing in the maintenance and management,and analyzes the causes of problems,from the developing patterns of custody and responsibility system,broaden the financing channels,establishing the custody evaluation mechanism and enhancing the skill levels of custody personnel puts forward the method of maintenance and management development of rural highway bridges.
