加强矿区铁路运输能力的有效措施

Effective Measures to Strengthen Railway Transport Capacity in Mining Area

矿区铁路与国铁不同,主要承担矿区的煤炭铁路运输任务。铁路运输是指货运列车在行车组织和调度指挥管理下运用固定的设备,在单位时间内对列车进行运输组织管理。随着煤矿产量增加,矿区对铁路运输的需求也不断提高,合理调度指挥保障矿区铁路系统安全高效的畅通运输是提高矿区运输生产效率的目标。本文对西山矿区铁路运输现状进行分析研究,提出提高矿区铁路运输能力的有效措施。

The railways in the mining area are different from the national railways,and they mainly undertake the task of coal railway transportation in the mining area.Railway transport refers to the use of fixed equipment under the traffic organization and dispatch command management of freight trains.It organizes and manages trains in units of time.As the output of coal mines increases,the demand for railway transportation in mining areas is also increasing.Reasonable dispatching and commanding to ensure the smooth and safe transportation of the railway system in mining areas is the goal of improving the production efficiency of mining areas.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of railway transportation in Xishan mining area,and proposes effective measures to improve the railway transportation capacity in the mining area.
