浅析公路工程项目管理的现状及趋势

Current situation and trend of highway engineering project management

目前我国对各项薄弱的基础设施的建设较为关注,加大了对许多工程项目的投入力度,也更加注重对基础设施工程项目的工程管理,旨在提高基础设施建设的效率和水平。公路是连接各地区的纽带,使得不同地区间加快了经济和政治等方面的交流与互动的步伐,在促进地区发展方面具有不可替代的作用,在基础设施建设中尤为关键。随着时间的推移,在公路工程项目管理方面存在着一些问题,阻碍着公路工程项目的顺利开展。本文立足于我国公路工程项目管理的现状,提出了一些在发展过程中出现的问题,并对公路工程项目的发展趋势进行了相关阐述。

At present,China has paid more attention to the construction of weak infrastructure,increased the input to many projects,and paid more attention to the engineering management of infrastructure projects,aiming at improving the efficiency and level of infrastructure construction.The highway is the link between the various regions,which makes the different regions accelerate the pace of exchange and interaction in economic,political and other aspects.It has an irreplaceable role in promoting regional development and is particularly critical in the construction of infrastructure.Along with the passage of time,there are some problems in highway engineering project management,which impede the smooth development of highway engineering projects.Based on the current situation of highway project management in China,this paper puts forward some problems in the process of development,and expounds the development trend of highway project.
