山绿茶降压胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型高血压患者的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shanlvcha antihypertensive capsule in the treatment of hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity

目的:探讨山绿茶降压胶囊联合马来酸依那普利治疗肝阳上亢型高血压患者的临床可行性和安全性。方法:将肝阳上亢型高血压患者160例随机平分为两组。对照组口服马来酸依那普利片;治疗组加用山绿茶降压胶囊口服。均治疗4周。结果:治疗后,两组患者24 h平均收缩压(mSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(mDBP)均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者血压明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组主要临床症状均明显改善,中医症状评分两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:山绿茶降压胶囊联合马来酸依那普利降压有效,可以安全应用于肝阳上亢型高血压患者,且有效改善了高血压患者临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the clinical feasibility and safety of Shanlvcha antihypertensive capsule in the treatment of hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity.Methods:160 hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group took enalapril maleate tablets orally,the treatment group was added Shanlvcha antihypertensive capsule taken orally.Both the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure(mSBP)and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure(mDBP)in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference of TCM symptom score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shanlvcha antihypertensive capsule combined with enalapril maleate is effective in reducing blood pressure and can be safely applied to patients with liver-yang hyperactivity,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension.
