南宁市社区居民心肺复苏术掌握情况调查研究进展

Progress in the investigation of community resident's mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Nanning

目的:了解南宁市居民对心肺复苏急救培训的普及人群、普及方式与培训考核的看法,为合理有效地组织开展心肺复苏培训提供科学依据。方法:采用自制问卷,在南宁市江南区随机发放问卷进行调查,将调查回收的问卷整理后进行分析。结果:社区居民认为青少年(15~25岁)和中青年(26~45岁)都应该参加心肺复苏急救培训;居民对接受培训的时间倾向于周末或依具体情况另行协商,培训的方式主要以集中培训为主,也可以依不同职业的特点专门组织;居民认为对培训效果需要不定期再次考核,时间以0.5~1年为宜。结论:南宁市的城市居民认为非常有必要开展心肺复苏急救培训,培训应该依据受训对象的年龄层段、职业以及对培训期望等具体情况合理开展,通过多种途径和形式普及医疗急救知识。

Objective:To realize the resident's viewpoints of popularization,training and assessment of first aid training for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Nanning,and provide scientific basis for cardiopulmonary resuscitation education.Methods:The self-made questionnaires were randomly distributed in Jiangnan District of Nanning and data was collected and analyzed.Results:Community residents believe that young people(15~25 years old)and middle-aged people(26~45 years old)should participate in first-aid training for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Those people tend to spend training time on the weekend and mainly focus on centralized way,which can also be organized specifically by the characteristics of different occupations.And they also think that valid training need to be re-evaluated from six months to one year.Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out first-aid training for cardiopulmonary resuscitation to urban residents,which should be organized by the age,occupation,and expectation.Meanwhile,the medical knowledge of first-aid training for cardiopulmonary resuscitation seems to be gaining popularity in various approaches and programs.
