论我国医疗保障之高质量发展

On the High-quality Development of Medical Security in China

近20多年来,我国实现了医疗保障制度全面转型,并将惠及范围向全民扩展,其成就举世瞩目。但应该看到,这一领域还存在不少问题,医疗保障事业发展的质量不够理想。今后一个时期,我国医疗保障应当从规模扩展转向高质量发展,着力优化医疗保障体系、改进医疗保障制度设计、创新医疗保障运行机制,实现医疗保障资源优化配置,为提高国民健康水平、实现国家长治久安作出应有的贡献。

In the past 20 years or more, China has achieved a comprehensive transformation of its medical security system and extended its benefits to all people. Its achievements have attracted worldwide attention. However, it should be noted that there are still many problems in this area, and the quality of medical care development is not satisfactory. In the coming period, China's medical security should shift from scale expansion to high-quality development, focus on optimizing the medical security system, improving the design of the medical security system, and innovating the operating mechanism of medical security so as to optimize the allocation of medical security resources. We will make our due contribution to improving the health of our people and achieving lasting peace and stability in our country.
