宫腔灌注人绒毛膜促性腺激素在IUI治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨子宫腔内灌注HCG在宫腔内人工授精(IUI)中的应用效果。方法收集2017年4月至2018年6月因不明原因不孕或男方轻度少弱畸形精子症不育,在本生殖中心第1次接受促排卵后IUI治疗的女性患者169例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为2组:HCG灌注组85例:行促排卵治疗,排卵期行IUI(在IUI术前24~36h灌注HCG 500U);对照组84例:行促排卵治疗,排卵期行常规IUI。比较两组患者的基础资料、临床妊娠率、生化妊娠率和异位妊娠率等。结果两组患者的基础资料比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。HCG灌注组的临床妊娠率、异位妊娠率有高于对照组的趋势(分别为22.35%vs.14.29%,15.79%vs.0%),但尚无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组的生化妊娠率(3.53%vs.4.76%)比较亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对于因不明原因不孕或因男方轻度少弱畸形精子症不育的患者,宫腔内灌注HCG未能明显提高其IUI治疗的临床妊娠率。
