挤出温度对PC/PLA酯交换反应与力学性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用双螺杆挤出机将聚碳酸酯(PC)和聚乳酸(PLA)进行熔融共混制备PC/PLA共混物。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC),研究了不同挤出温度对PC/PLA的酯交换反应和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着挤出温度的上升,PC与PLA间的酯交换反应更加明显;当挤出温度为230℃时,PC/PLA共混物拉伸性能较好,拉伸强度为68.88 MPa;挤出温度为220℃时,共混物获得最大冲击强度为28.76 kJ/m^2;而挤出温度为250℃时,共混物获得最大断裂伸长率为46.45%。 Polycarbonate/poly(lactic acid)(PC/PLA)blend was prepared by melting PC and PLA using a twinscrew extruder.The effects of extrusion temperature on transesterification reaction and mechanical properties of PC/PLA were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results show that the transesterification reaction between PC and PLA is boosted with the increasing of the extrusion temperature.When the extrusion temperature is 230℃,the tensile properties of PC/PLA blend are excellent and the tensile strength is 68.88 MPa.The maximum impact strength of PC/PLA blend is 28.76 kJ/m^2 when the extrusion temperature is 220℃,and the maximum elongation at break of PC/PLA blend is 46.45%when the extrusion temperature is 250℃.
