This paper introduces the evolution process of Wenzhou Radio and Television's technology architecture in the process of media convergence,emphatically analyzes the matching degree between the hybrid Cloud Architecture and the city-level TV station in the process of technology transformation and upgrading,and illustrates that the hybrid cloud architecture is a practical and effective choice,and analyzing the process of the construction of ominimedia converged platform in Wenzhou radio and television media group,this paper attempts to provide an effective reference for the development of the medium and small radio and television stations.
