湖州市广播电视台高清新闻制作系统基于万兆以太网技术,采用分布式存储架构,由新闻汇聚、新闻文稿、精编粗编、新闻媒资、在线字幕包装、配音审片、迁移转码、播出控制等模块组成,采用以文稿系统为核心驱动的直播流程、指针化素材管理技术、PCI-E文件安全交互体系架构的安全措施,从根本上改变了电视新闻制播的生产流程和模式,提高了电视新闻节目的生产质量,实现了电视新闻制播全流程技术的网络化、智能化、高清化。

The high-definition news production system of Huzhou Radio and TV Station is based on Gigabit Ethernet technology and adopts distributed storage architecture.The system consists of news gathering,news manuscripts,preliminary and elaborate editing,news media,online subtitle packaging,voice auditing,migration transcoding,broadcast control and other modules.The system adopts a live broadcasting process driven by the manuscript system as the core,pointer material management technology,and PCI-E file security interaction architecture,making fundamental changes to the production process and pattern of TV news broadcasting by enhancing the production quality of TV news programs and revolutionized the whole process technology of TV news broadcasting with a better networked,more intellectualized technology with higher definition.
