摘要
针对测试石墨烯压力传感器动态响应特性的需求,进行了数据采集电路的设计。首先,根据传感器输出信号的特征,选用全差分运算放大器THS4521以及ADC10D040对硬件电路进行设计,运用三级运放实现对信号的300倍放大;然后,分析了电路系统的电压分辨能力与传感器输出信号的最小变化电压的关系,说明了电路可以满足系统的设计要求。最后,通过Mltisim13.0与TINA-TI仿真验证了电路设计的合理性。
In order to test the dynamic response characteristics of graphene pressure transducer,the data acquisition circuit is designed.First of all,select the full difference operational amplifier THS4521 and adc10d040 to design the hardware circuit,using the three-stage amplifier to achieve 300 times times the amplifier;then,the signal accuracy is calculated from the theoretical point of view,and the magnification of 300 times times is validated.Finally,The rationality of circuit design is verified by Mltisim13.0 and TINA-TI simulation.
