摘要
介绍了湖南水口山有色金属集团有限公司第八冶炼厂钠碱法尾气脱硫装置的工艺流程、设备配置和运行情况。在生产中,技术人员根据脱硫塔进口SO_2浓度选择开启循环泵的台数,脱硫塔内脱硫液pH值控制在6~8,电除雾器冲洗频率为每2 h一次,每层冲洗2 min。生产实践证明,尾气脱硫装置合理控制脱硫液pH值,可使排放气体ρ(SO_2)长期稳定在200 mg/m^3以下。
Process flow, device configuration and operation of exhaust gas desulphurization device by sodium-alkali desulphurization in the eighth smelter, Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. is introduced. During production, technical staffs chose numbers of circulation pumps turned on according to SO 2 concentration at inlet of desulphurization tower, with pH value of desulphurization solution in desulphurization tower between 6-8, flushing frequency of electrostatic precipitator once every 2 hours, flushing time of every layer 2 min. Practice showed pH value of desulphurization solution was properly controlled in exhaust gas desulphurization device, with SO 2 concentration in exhausted gas below 200 mg/m^3 .
