硫酸装置余热发电机组电气保护控制系统改进

摘要 介绍了金堆城钼业股份有限公司硫酸装置配套余热发电机组工艺流程、日常运行出现的问题及改造情况。针对汽轮机末级叶片开裂或断掉的问题,技术人员认为是硫酸装置锅炉岗位对于锅炉汽包液位控制不到位,汽水混合物进入汽轮机气缸后对末级叶片产生水冲击。技术人员采取了硫酸装置与发电岗位共享锅炉汽包液位监控画面、增加液位监控声光报警、完善液位自调功能和增加锅炉高液位自动放水功能等一系列措施,实现余热发电机组的平稳运行。 Process flow, daily operation issues and transformation in waste heat generator set matched for sulphuric acid plant in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co., Ltd.is introduced.According to last stage blade in steam turbine cracking or fracture, technical staffs realized boiler drum levels under improper control, which led vapor and water mixture entering turbine cylinder collide last stage blade.Technical staffs took measures of making sulphuric acid plant and power generation station share boiler drum levels monitor screen, adding level monitoring audible alarm, perfecting liquid level self-adjusting function and adding boiler high liquid level automatic water releasing function to realize stable operation of waste heat generator set.
