摘要
选用一种增韧环氧胶作为胎面再生颗粒橡胶板的粘合剂,研究了固化温度和压力、粘合剂用量、颗粒橡胶粒径等对压制成型的再生橡胶板力学性能影响。研究表明:选择环氧粘合剂用量为颗粒橡胶的4%,在3MPa~5MPa压力和120℃下固化0. 5h,制备的再生橡胶板拉伸强度和拉断伸长率达到3MPa和90%左右,1天吸水率为0. 21%,体积电阻率为7. 8×105Ω·km,可作为一种绝缘橡胶制品使用。
A toughened epoxy adhesive was selected as the binder of the rubber plate of recycled tread rubber granule.The effects of the preparation of rubber plates on their mechanical properties were studied,such as curing temperature and pressure,adhesive dosage and rubber granule size.The results show that:when the epoxy adhesive dosage is 4%of granular rubber,after curing for 0.5h under 3MPa^5MPa pressure and 120℃,the tensile strength and ultimate elongation of the pressed rubber plate reach 3MPa and 90%respectively,one-day water absorption is 0.21%and the volumetric resistivity is 7.8×10 5Ω·km.The regenerated rubber plate can be used as an insulating rubber product.
