摘要 论述了毛细管电泳法的优点及在分离等众多领域的应用前景。阐述了毛细管电泳技术的分离模式、分离原理、联用技术及涂层技术。着重介绍了毛细管电泳介孔材料涂层技术的原理及应用,如涂层技术在毛细管电泳法分析过程中的研究及发展,在药物拆分、环境监测、临床检测等领域应用等。 The advantages of capillary electrophoresis and its application in separation and other fields were discussed.The separation mode,separation principle,combined technology and coating technology of capillary electrophoresis were described.The principle and application of coating technology for mesoporous materials in capillary electrophoresis were introduced,such as the research and development of coating technology in the process of capillary electrophoresis analysis and its application in drug resolution,environmental monitoring,clinical detection,etc.
