摘要
"用大钟治心内之呆痴",来源于金元时期著名针灸学家窦汉卿的《标幽赋》。本文通过对其内容进行初步探讨,考辨大钟之穴名、特性和应用机理及联系临床实践得出以下结论。大钟为肾经之络穴,其通于相表里的膀胱经而络于脑,其脉又上至心包;发现老年痴呆实与心肾相关,其所指心内呆痴,实为脑之呆痴;因心主神明,肾主骨生髓通于脑,脑为元神之府,如髓减脑消,则神志混沌渐成呆痴。
The"using the Dazhong(KI4)to treat the Alzheimer's disease"is a masterpiece of the famous acupuncturist Dou Hanqing in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties.It records the Dazhong(KI4)governance in the heart and proposes the mechanism of Dazhong(KI4)in clinical application.This article through the preliminary discussion of its ideas,the name of the Dazhong(KI4),the characteristics and contact with clinical practice draw the following conclusions.Dazhong(KI4)is the kidney hole.In the the phase of the bladder by the back ridges in the brain and the pulse is up to the pericardium.Alzheimer's disease which heart and kidney loss are much related,refers to the heart of crazy,in fact,the brain crazy.The main kidney bone marrow reduce the brain,original spirit comes from brain.If brain aging,mind is not clear,finally become dementia.
