百令胶囊治疗放射性肺纤维化的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bailing Capsule in Treating Radiation Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的观察百令胶囊治疗放射性肺纤维化的临床疗效。方法将74例放射性肺纤维化患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各37例,对照组采用内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用百令胶囊治疗,2组均治疗6个月。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后喘息、咳嗽、气短评分与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),治疗组喘息、咳嗽、气短评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后TLC、VC、DLCO与治疗前比较均升高(P<0.05),治疗组TLC、VC、DLCO高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊治疗放射性肺纤维化,能够增强肺功能,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule in the treatment of radiation pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 74 patients with radiation pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medical treatment.The treatment group was treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.After treatment,the two groups were compared with wheezing score,cough score,shortness of breath score,TLC,VC,DLCO,and clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wheezing,cough and shortness of breath in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TLC,VC and DLCO in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can treat pulmonary fibrosis,enhance lung function,and improve clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy.
