中药特制医用冰在口腔牙种植术后的临床应用评价

摘要 目的探讨中药特制医用冰在口腔牙种植术后的临床应用。方法选取2016年10月—2017年12月收治的口腔牙种植术患者96例,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规冰块外敷,研究组采用中药特制的医用冰口敷。观察对比干预后2组患者口腔切口的愈合情况、口腔肿胀及疼痛(VAS评分)情况。结果干预后,研究组口腔切口的愈合情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组口腔肿胀情况及VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床中给予患者行口腔牙种植术后采用中药特别制作的冰块能显著降低患者切口周围的肿胀现象及疼痛情况,缩短患者口腔切口的愈合时间,值得应用及推广。 Objective To explore the clinical application of special medical ice made by Chinese medicine after dental implant surgery.Methods 96 patients with dental implantation in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional ice,and the study group was treated with medical ice.The healing of oral incision,oral swelling and pain(VAS score)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the healing of oral incision in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the oral swelling and VAS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The special ice made by Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the swelling and pain around the incision and shorten the healing time of the incision.It is worthy of application and promotion.
