针刺远端穴位治疗急性腰扭伤的临床观察

目的观察针刺远端穴位对急性腰扭伤的有效性。方法随机将74例患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组37例,采用针刺双侧后溪、腰痛点;对照组37例,采用针刺双侧腰椎夹脊穴、肾俞、大肠俞、腰眼。分别观察治疗前后视觉模拟评分标准(VAS)及临床疗效的变化结果。结果观察组的VAS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率83.8%(31/37)明显高于对照组67.6%(25/37)。结论针刺远端穴位治疗急性腰扭伤的方法有效。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of acupuncture distal acupoints on acute lumbar muscle sprain.Methods A total of 74 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=37)which was used acupuncture bilateral houxi acupoint and lumbago and control group(n=37)was treated with acupuncture Jiaji,Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),Yaoyan(EX-B7)at bilateral lumbar vertebrate,then observe before and after treatment of visual analog scale(VAS)respectively and clinical results of the changes.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(83.8%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.6%).Conclusion Acupuncture distal acupoint is effective in treating acute lumbar muscle sprain.
