针灸治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cervicodynia-Omalgia-Lumbago-Skelalgia

目的探讨针灸治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月—2017年12月收治的颈肩腰腿疼痛患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组行中药外敷治疗,观察组行针灸治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后患者颈肩腰腿痛评分以及临床治疗效果之间的差异情况。结果治疗后,对照组颈肩痛、腰腿痛VAS评分中无痛的例数明显的低于观察组,对照组患者重度疼痛的例数明显高于观察组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈率和有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗颈肩腰腿部疼痛患者可以明显的改善患者的疼痛症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervicodynia-omalgia-lumbago-skelalgia.Methods Eighty patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received external application of traditional Chinese medicine while the observation group was received acupuncture treatment.The differences between the neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain scores and the clinical treatment effects of the patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of painless VAS scores in the control group were significantly lower than which of the observation group,and the number of severe pain in the control group was significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05).The cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than which of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture for treatment of patients with cervicodynia-omalgia-lumbago-skelalgia can significantly improve the patient's pain symptoms and improve the quality of life,which is worth to be applied.
