随着对慢性肾脏病相关矿物质和骨代谢紊乱研究的深入,拟钙剂在治疗继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进方面的应用显得愈发重要。因此,本文通过检索国内外文献,将拟钙剂的作用机制、已获准上市拟钙剂的药代动力学参数及其临床研究分别进行阐述,以期为临床应用提供参考。

With the development of studies on mineral and bone metabolism disorders associated with chronic kidney disease,the application of calcimimetics is becoming more and more important.Therefore,to provide reference for medical,this article elaborates the mechanism of calcimimetics,meanwhile,its pharmacokinetic and clinical research are summarized.
