北京市东城区社区用药咨询情况分析

Analysis of Drug Consultation in Beijing Dongcheng District Community Hospital

目的:通过分析北京市东城区社区药品咨询情况,做好社区临床药学服务工作。方法:分析东城区社区2017年6月—2018年6月药品咨询服务实践,结合用药咨询记录资料,对咨询内容进行分析、汇总、思考。结果:东城社区药师通过解答用药问题,提升了社区药房的管理水平和社区药师的社会形象,增进了医患沟通,有利于预防和减少医患纠纷地发生。结论:用药咨询工作作为东城社区临床药学服务的重要组成部分,是药学服务的突破口之一,对促进临床合理用药具有重要作用。

Objective:To analyze the situation of drug counseling in Beijing Dongcheng District Community Hospital,and to do a good job in community clinical pharmaceutical care.Methods:The practice of drug consulting service in Dongcheng community from June 2017 to June 2018,and the consulting contents were analyzed,summarized and pondered according to the records of drug consulting.Results:Pharmacists in Dongcheng community improved the communication between doctors and patients,prevented and reduced disputes between doctors and patients,and improved the management level of community pharmacies and the social image of community pharmacists.Conclusion:As an important part of Dongcheng community pharmacy,drug counseling is one of the breakthroughs in pharmaceutical care and plays an important role in promoting rational drug use.
