补锌应用于小儿腹泻治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Zinc Supplementation in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的:探讨小儿腹泻治疗中应用补锌的效果。方法:选择我院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的小儿腹泻患儿70例作为研究对象,入组对象家属签署知情同意书,以随机数字表法分为常规组与补锌组,每组35例患儿。常规组以常规药物疗法治疗,补锌组在常规组基础上加补锌治疗。评价两组患儿临床效果,记录两组患儿腹泻停止时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间,并对比分析。结果:补锌组患儿腹泻缓解率明显高于常规组,而腹泻停止时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间显著短于常规组,两组指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹泻患儿在常规治疗基础上加用补锌治疗,不仅可以明显提高疗效,而且可以更好地缩短症状缓解时间,减少住院时间,缓解医疗负担,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the application of zinc in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:70 cases pediatric diarrhea from January 2015-December 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and zinc supplementation group,with 35 patients in each group.The conventional group was with routine medicine therapy,while zinc supplementation group was added with zinc treatment on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical effect of two groups of children was evaluated,and the time of stopping diarrhoea,the time of body temperature recovery and the time of hospitalization were recorded in the two groups,and the comparison and analysis were made.Results:The diarrhea remission rate of Zinc supplementation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.The diarrhea stopping time,temperature recovery time and hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the conventional group,the two group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with infantile diarrhea treated with zinc treatment on the basis of routine treatment,not only can significantly improve the curative effect,but also reduce symptoms time,hospitalization time,relieve the burden of medical treatment,therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
