摘要
在经济发展新常态下,要求铁路树立现代物流理念,加快向现代物流转型发展。面对快速发展的市场,梳理我国铁路货运市场化经营现状,分析在经营理念、产品专业化增值服务及运价反应机制等方面存在的问题。通过对美国、德国铁路货运市场化改革经营、经营组织架构和货运产品服务方面特点的分析,提出我国铁路货运市场化经营启示,即:加强货运组织精细化管理、建立多样化的货运产品服务体系、发展多元化联合运输,不断提升货运经营服务质量。
The economic growth pattern under the new normal demands a faster transformation from the railway industry to modern logistics with the guidance of the modern logistics concepts.Based on a review of China’s railway freight development under the current ever-changing market conditions,this paper studies the existing problems from the perspectives of management philosophy,professional value-added services and flexibility of the pricing response mechanism.On the basis of its analysis of the characteristics of the market-oriented reform measures taken in the American and German railway freight industries in terms of their organizational structures of operation and services,this paper puts forward the strategies to accelerate market-oriented development in China:strengthening a fine management in operation organization,launching a series of diversified freight services,promoting the intermodal transport and improving the service quality.
