起爆方式对预制破片飞散性能影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对预制破片战斗部破片的飞散过程进行了数值模拟,分析了战斗部底部中心点起爆、中心线起爆、一端环起爆和两端环起爆对预制破片战斗部破片飞散性能的影响。研究结果表明:战斗部采用中心点起爆,预制破片飞散的平均速度最低,平均飞散方向角和飞散角较大;战斗部采用两端面环起爆,预制破片飞散的平均速度最高,平均飞散方向角和飞散角较小,两端面环起爆有利于提高预制破片战斗部破片飞散的速度并提高破片飞散的密集度。 In order to study the effect of the detonation method on the dispersion properties of prefabricated fragments,in this paper,ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software was used to numerically simulate the scattering process of fragmented warhead fragment,the influence of the central point detonation at the bottom of the warhead,the detonation of the centerline,the detonation of one end ring,and the detonation of both ends of the ring on the fragment flying performance of the prefabricated fragment warhead was analyzed.Research indicates:the center of the warhead detonates,the average velocity of the scattered fragments is the lowest,and the average flying direction angle and the flying angle are relatively large;The warhead is detonated with both end face rings,the average velocity of the scattered fragments is the highest,and the average scattering direction angle and the scattering angle are small.The detonation of both ends of the face ring helps to improve the speed of fragment fragmentation of the prefabricated fragment warheads and improve fragmentation of scattered intensity.
