摘要
文章以某乘用车后背门为研究对象,针对其把手处出现凹陷的质量问题,根据实际受力情况,用有限元分析方法进行屈曲稳定性研究,得出后背门产生凹陷的真正原因,提出解决方案,进而利用有限元虚拟仿真技术对优化方案进行了可行性验证,经实车确认,凹陷问题得到彻底解决,有效提升产品品质。
Based on the tailgate of a passenger car as the research object,its handles appear the collapse quality problem,according to the actual working situation,using finite element method for buckling stability study,it is concluded that the real reason that procedures collapse problem,the efficient solution is proposed,further using finite element simulation technology to check the optimize case feasibility and confirmed by the real vehicle,collapse problem get solved,effectively improve the quality of products.
