摘要
为解决某皮卡车型水温过热问题,使用流体一维分析软件分析特定恶劣工况下冷却系统的状态,计算在此工况下的冷却系统极限温度,对不满足性能指标要求的冷却系统进行优化,通过三维仿真与一维计算相结合的手段,对冷却系统提出优化方案,最后,在环境舱进行了整车热平衡试验,验证了计算精度。
In order to solve a problem of overheating temperature pickup models,analyzed specific bad condition of cooling system using one-dimensional fluid cooling system,calculation of the limit temperature under this condition,to meet the performance requirements of the cooling system was optimized by combining the 3D simulation and calculation method of one-dimensional phase,cooling system optimization program finally,the vehicle thermal balance test in the cabin,to verify the accuracy.
