摘要
基于磁流变技术的汽车减振器是汽车悬架技术提升为半主动控制的关键结构,其模型的建立与分析对于预测减振器特性具有重要作用。文章通过环形流动模式的减振器理论分析模型,建立了基于Herschel-Bulkley模型的磁流变液流变学特性分析模型。理论分析表明:该模型能较好的预测减振器的缓冲特性。
Magnetorheological(MR)technology-based automotive shock absorber is the key structure for semi-active control of automotive suspension.The establishment and analysis of MR model plays an important role in predicting the characteristics of shock absorber.In this paper,based on the theoretical analysis model of shock absorber for annular flow mode,a MRF rheological characteristic analysis model based on Herschel-Bulkley model is established.The theoretical analysis shows that the model can better reflect the cushioning characteristics of the shock absorber.
