基于PC/ABS的汽车内饰油漆件性能研究

汽车内饰件直接影响乘客对汽车舒适感的判断,油漆件装饰美观,外观颜色和光泽均匀性较好,油漆件的质量控制非常重要,油漆表面开裂、起泡、缩印会严重影响内饰件的美观。文章研究了基于PC/ABS合金的出风口饰框(哑光油漆件和高光油漆件)表面油漆件的性能,特别研究油漆种类对散发类试验(气味评价、雾化冷凝、总碳散发和甲醛测试)的影响规律;对比老化试验(热老化、高温高湿老化、气候交变老化、氙灯老化)前后的划格和刮擦结果;评价两种油漆喷涂的PC/ABS零件表面的耐磨性能和耐化学品性能,为汽车内饰油漆件提供了试验参考和检测依据。

The vehicle interior parts directly affect the passenger's comfort in the car.The paint parts were decorated beautifully and exhibited excellent color and gloss,the quality control of the paint parts is very important,cracking,blistering and shrinking of the paint surface would seriously affect the appearance of the interior parts.In this paper,the performance of the surface of the air outlet frame(matte paint and high-gloss paint)based on PC/ABS alloy was studied,especially,the paint type on the emission behavior(odor test,condensible constituents,emissions of organic compounds,formaldehyde content).The cross-cutting and scratching results were investigated before and after the aging process(heat aging,high tempera-ture and high humidity aging,climate alternating aging,xenon lamp aging).The wear resistance and chemical resistance of the surface of the PC/ABS parts coated with different paints were evaluated.This work provides a test reference and test basis for automotive interior paint parts.
