车桥转角工艺测量方法及辅具优化

汽车转向系统作为整车运行的一项重要参数,对转向桥转角要求较为严格;目前工艺测量方法以固定工艺辅具保证,无通用性,种类繁多,若整桥设计转角更改,需更改相应工艺辅具进行调整。文章针对此问题对工装结构、工艺测量方法进行优化,实现通用化。

As an important parameter of vehicle operation,the steering system of automobile requires more stringent turning angle of steering axle.At present,the process measurement method is guaranteed by fixed process aids,which is not universal and has many kinds.If the turning angle of the whole bridge is changed,the corresponding process aids need to be changed to adjust.Aiming at this problem,the structure of tooling and process measurement methods are optimized to achieve generalization.
