终身教育视角下残障人士社会融合的瓶颈与突破 被引量:3

摘要 残障人士在社会融合中面临歧视和排斥,在求职、升学、收入以及社会生活的方方面面均处于弱势地位。究其原因是多方面的,受教育不足和融合教育的缺失是瓶颈所在,而终身教育是突破瓶颈的有效途径。为了促进残障人士的社会融合,终身教育体系的构建要考虑残障人士的特点,课程设置要满足残障人士的需求,政策设计要谋求残障人士的福祉。 People with disabilities have to confront discrimination and exclusion in social integration.They are disadvantaged in various social aspects,such as employment,education and income.Of the various reasons,the bottleneck is the deficiency of education and the lack of integrated education.Lifelong education could be an effective way to break through the bottleneck.In order to promote the social integration,the construction of lifelong education system should take the characteristics of the disabled into consideration,the curriculum meeting the needs of the disabled and policies design seeking the welfare of the disabled.
