摘要
大数据为政府用户、企业用户与个人用户提供前所未有的应用价值和服务能力。针对十九大提出的自然资源调查监测的要求,从数据体系、技术能力和应用需求等方面分析了自然资源调查监测和地理空间大数据的关系,提出了由全天候立体化监测网、自然资源调查监测大数据仓库及自然资源调查监测大数据计算中心和自然资源调查监测大数据服务平台组成的自然资源调查监测地理空间大数据技术架构。同时,指出地理空间大数据服务自然资源调查监测面临获取、融合、知识发现、可视化和可靠性等方面主要挑战。
Big data is of great value and has unprecedented potential for governments,enterprises and individual users.To meet the requirements of natural resource inventory and monitoring proposed by the 19th CPC National Congress,we analyzed the relationships between nature resource inventory and monitoring and geospatial big data from the aspects of data system,technical ability and application requirements.In addition,a technical framework for natural resource inventory and monitoring was proposed,which was composed by the all-weather stereoscopic monitoring network,the big data warehouse,the big data computing center,and the big data service platform of natural resource investory and monitoring.Natural resource inventory and monitoring serviced by geospatial big data faced major challenges such as data acquisition,data integration,knowledge discovery,visualization and reliability.
