摘要
针对国家应急测绘保障能力建设项目管理信息交互和操作协同需求,将Web Service和工作流技术引入系统研发过程,根据各阶段工作实际,创建了能够动态实现不同任务环节自动组合的工作流模型,研发了基于四层架构的项目管理系统,实现了工作流驱动的计划制定、招投标管理、合同管理等管理任务的高效管理。本文提出的方法和系统,可为同类项目管理的研发提供思路和借鉴。
To realize the interaction of variety types of information and the cooperation of different operation processes in the national surveying and mapping support capacity building project,this paper introduced the Web Service and workflow technologies into the online management system.A new workflow model which could compose different operation process automatically and dynamically,was proposed.Then,a management system based on 4-tier architecture was developed.Experimental results indicated that the system could notably increase the efficiency of whole processes in management of the project,such as project planning,bidding management,contract management,etc.Furthermore,the method and system demonstrated in this paper could also support to other project management systems with the same requirements.
