摘要
针对现阶段尾矿库研究侧重于风险率的问题,综合事故发生的可能性及造成的损失,开展尾矿库防洪风险综合评价研究。将尾矿库防洪风险等级分为4级,综合防洪标准、滩顶与库水位高差等溃坝可能性指标及生命损失、财产损失等溃坝损失指标构建指标体系,并基于可变模糊理论建立了评价模型,以本溪市某尾矿库为例进行实证研究,以期为尾矿库防洪风险管理提供支撑和参考。
focusing on the possibility of accidents,this study developed a comprehensive evaluation method of flood prevention risk of tailings reservoir,which considered both the possibility of the accident and the loss caused by the accident.The flood prevention risk grade was divided into four levels.The indexes system include the possibility indexes,such as the flood control standard and the height difference between the top elevation of the beach and reservoir water level;and the loss indexes,such as the loss of life and property.An evaluation model has been developed based on the variable fuzzy theory.In order to provide support and reference for flood prevention risk management of tailings reservoir,a tailings reservoir in Benxi City has been studied as an example in this paper.
