摘要
目的:探究Swan-Ganz漂浮导管监测血流动力学指标在心肺复苏中的应用。方法:选取本院急诊科2016年8月至2018年2月收治的心肺复苏患者84例,按照随机表法分为两组,各42例。观察组患者采用PAC治疗,对照组采用2015年心肺复苏指南开展治疗,观察对比组间抢救中血流动力学情况、抢救效果及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者置管时间、ELW数值均小于对照组,CFI数值大于对照组。组间比较,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者心肺复苏成功率、24 h成功存活率分别为83.33%、95.24%,数值高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,数值低于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:Swan-Ganz漂浮导管监测血流动力学指标在心肺复苏中,可指导胸外按压幅度及频率,从而提高心肺复苏成功率及24小时存活率,减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the application of Swan-Ganz floating catheter monitoring hemodynamic indicators in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:Eighty-four patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)admitted to the emergency department from August 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to the random table method,there were two groups,42 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with PAC,while those in the control group were treated with 2015 cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines.The hemodynamics,rescue effect and complications of intergroup rescue were observed and compared.Results:The catheterization time and ELW values of the observation group were all less than those of the control group,and the CFI value is greater than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In the observation group,the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the successful survival rate of 24h were 83.33%and 95.24%,respectively,higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%,and the value was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the hemodynamic indicators monitored by Swan-Ganz floating catheter can guide the amplitude and frequency of chest compressions,so as to improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and 24-hour survival rate and reduce complications.
