当代大学生人际困扰程度调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the interpersonal disturbance of Contemporary College Students

目的:了解当代大学生人际关系现状,为有效开展大学生心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,在青岛市四所高校中抽取在校大学生492名进行问卷调查。结果:61%的大学生人际关系行为困扰较少,27.2%的大学生人际关系行为困扰一般,12.8%的大学生人际关系行为困扰严重;不同性别、年级、生源地、是否学生干部的大学生人际困扰程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当代大学生人际关系行为存在一定困扰,在性别、年级、生源地、是否学生干部等方面有差异。

Objective:To understand the current situation of interpersonal relationship of contemporary college students,and to provide basis for effectively carrying out the psychological health education of college students.Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey 492 college students from four universities in Qingdao.Results:About 61%of college students have less interpersonal behavior problems,27.2%of college students'interpersonal behavior disorder is common,while 12.8%is serious.There were significant differences in interpersonal distress among college students of different genders,grades,places of origin,and whether or not they were student leaders(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some problems in interpersonal relationship of contemporary college students,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,place of origin,student leaders and so on.
