认知行为干预对C3基因治疗青光眼患者遵医行为的影响

Effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on compliance behavior of glaucoma patients treated by C3 gene

目的:探讨认知行为干预对C3基因治疗青光眼患者遵医行为的影响。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年1月接受C3基因治疗的青光眼患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者接受常规健康教育,观察组患者接受认知行为干预,对两组患者自护能力及遵医行为进行观察。结果:两组患者干预前自护能力各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者自护能力各维度评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者遵医率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预能够提高C3基因治疗青光眼患者的遵医行为及自护能力,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on the compliance behavior in glaucoma patients treated by C3 gene.Methods:80 cases of glaucoma patients who received C3 gene therapy from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received cognitive behavior intervention.The self-care ability and compliance behavior of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the compliance and self-care ability of glaucoma patients treated by C3 gene therapy,and is worthy of promotion.
