全程护理干预对电子喉镜检查的影响

Analysis of the influence of whole course nursing intervention on electronic laryngoscopy

目的:研究对接受电子喉镜检查的患者实施全程护理干预的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2017年12月于珠海市人民医院接受喉镜检查的患者500例,其中250例患者在检查中接受常规护理,另外250例患者在检查中接受全程护理干预,对两组患者检查前后体征指标水平变化及护理满意度进行对比。结果:观察组患者检查后心率、呼吸频率、收缩压以及舒张压水平均与检查前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者检查后各指标与检查前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组和对照组检查后各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.40%高于对照组护理满意度83.60%(P<0.05)。结论:对接受电子喉镜检查的患者实施全程护理干预能够保证检查顺利进行,减少检查中的不适感,获得患者更高的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of whole course nursing intervention on patients receiving electronic laryngoscopy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 500 patients who underwent laryngoscopy from January 2017 to December 2017 was conducted.Among them,250 patients received routine nursing during the examination,and the other 250 patients received the whole course nursing intervention during the examination.The changes in the level of physical signs and nursing satisfaction before and after examination were compared between the two groups.Results:The heart rate,respiratory frequency,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group was not significantly different from that before examination(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the indexes in the control group after examination and before examination(P<0.05).The difference of each index between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.40%,higher than that of the control group(83.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course nursing intervention for patients receiving electronic laryngoscopy can ensure the smoothness of the examination,reduce the discomfort in the examination,and obtain higher satisfaction of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
