摘要 为进一步探索临床医学教学改革,提高医学本科生的临床实践技能,实现临床应用型人才的培养目标,近几年推行的导师制结合PBL教学模式,提高了学生的自主学习能力以及创新能力;因人而异设计课题,调动学生对科研能力学习的兴趣,从而更好把医学课程学习与临床和科研工作有机地结合起来,提高学生临床及科研能力,得到学生的好评,取得良好的教学效果。 In order to explore the reform of clinical medicine teaching and improve the clinical practice skills of medical undergraduates,and realize the training goal of clinical application-oriented talents,Baotou Medical College has promoted the tutorial system combined with PBL(problem-based learning)teaching model to improve students'independent learning ability and innovation ability.Designing topics based on different individual stimulates students'interest in learning scientific research ability.The teaching model combines the medical courses with the clinical and scientific research work organically and improves students'clinical and scientific research ability.It has been well received by students and achieves good teaching results.
