摘要
为明确氮肥施用量对壮苗、弱苗移栽后品质的影响,以黑龙江垦区常规稻品种垦粳5号为供试材料,采用完全随机试验设计,在黑龙江八一农垦大学进行,结果如下:不施氮肥时,壮苗稻米的碾磨品质、外观品质及食味综合评分均优于弱苗。施氮肥对二者影响不同,壮苗稻米碾磨品质、外观品质及食味评分均在施氮量150 kg/hm^2时最佳,是最适施肥量;弱苗稻米碾磨品质、外观品质均在施氮量225 kg/hm^2时最佳,是最适施肥量。
In order to clarify the effect of nitrogen application rate on the quality of strong seedlings and weak seedlings after transplantation,Kenjing5 was used as the experimental material and a completely randomized experimental design was adopted in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,the results are as follows:Without nitrogen fertilization,the milling quality,exterior quality and comprehensive taste score of strong seedling rice were better than those of weak seedling rice.Nitrogen fertilization has different effects on both.The milling quality,appearance quality and taste score of strong seedling rice were the best when nitrogen application was 150 kg/hm^2.The milling quality and appearance quality of weak seedling rice were the best when nitrogen application was 225 kg/hm^2,which was the optimum amount of fertilizer application.
