采用实地调研和访谈法,从山东省废旧纺织品综合利用战略联盟成立的理论基础入手,分析战略联盟成立产生的协同效应,即互补效应、整合效应和管理效应,总结战略联盟取得的成功经验,以便其他地区学习和借鉴。

This paper analyzed the theoretical foundation of Textiles Waste Comprehensive Utilization Strategic Alliance in Shandong Province with field research and interview method. It showed the synergy effect of the strategic alliance, including complementary effect, integration effect and management effect. Finally the paper summarized the successful experience of strategic alliances, in order to give a good example for other regions.
