补肾化瘀法治疗宫环导致经期延长的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

Effect of Bushen Huayu therapy on menostaxis induced by uterine ring and its influence on hemorheology

目的探讨补肾化瘀法治疗宫环导致经期延长的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法将198例宫环导致经期延长患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用吲哚美辛治疗,研究组采用自拟补肾化瘀方治疗。对比2组的疗效,检测2组患者治疗前后血液流变学水平(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容),记录2组患者治疗第1个月后和第3个月后月经周期的经期时间,记录2组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容均明显降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组治疗后的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组治疗后经期时间明显缩短(P均<0. 05),研究组治疗3个月后的经期时间明显短于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组治疗过程中均无不良反应发生。结论补肾化瘀法治疗宫环导致经期延长疗效确切,能有效改善血液流变学水平。

Objective It is to investigate the effect of the method of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis on the prolongation of menstrual cycle induced by uterine ring and its effect on hemorheology. Methods 198 patients with menostaxis induced by uterine ring were divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with indomethacin. On the basis of the control group, the study group was treated with self-made Bushen Huayu decoction. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. The levels of indexes of hemorheology including whole blood high-viscosity, whole blood low-cut viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, and hematocrit before and after treatment were measured in the two groups, the menstrual period of the patients in the two groups after the first and the third month of treatment was recorded. The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatments was recorded. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). After treatment, the whole blood high-viscosity, whole blood low-cut viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, and hematocrit were significantly decreased in the two groups( P <0.05), the whole blood high-viscosity, whole blood low-cut viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and hematocrit were lower in the study group than those in the control group( P <0.05). The menstrual period was significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups( P <0.05), the menstrual period of the study group was shorter than that of the control group after 3 months of treatment ( P <0.05). No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment. Conclusion The method of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis which can effectively improve the level of hemorheology has clear curative effect on prolongation of menstrual period induced by uterine ring.
