摘要
电泳涂装是工业涂装中运用较为普遍的一种涂装技术,它广泛应用于汽车、家电等行业。目前,汽车车身几乎全部采用阴极电泳涂装底漆,电泳涂膜的好坏将直接影响车身的使用寿命。通过对某条涂装生产线新车型试制阶段,车身电泳涂膜产生的夹缝油缩孔质量问题的解决,找出了造成电泳涂膜夹缝油缩孔的主要原因,并给出了解决方案。
Electrophoretic coating is a common coating method used in industrial coating.It is widely used in automobiles,home appliances and other industries.At present,almost all automobile bodies are coated with a cathodic electrophoretic primer,and the quality of the electrophoretic coating directly affects the service life of the body.Through solving the quality problem of the body electrophoretic coating film clamping oil shrinkage cavity at the trial stage of a new model of a painting production line,found out the main cause of the clamping oil shrinkage cavity of the electrophoretic coating film,and gave a solution.
