加味小柴胡汤联合西医常规治疗用于咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:探讨加味小柴胡汤联合西医常规治疗用于咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年7月咸宁市中医医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者102例,按照入院顺序进行奇偶排序,51例奇数患者作为观察组,51例偶数患者作为对照组。观察组患者给予加味小柴胡汤联合常规西医治疗,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.08%(49/51),明显高于对照组的82.35%(42/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为11.76%(6/51),明显低于对照组的23.53%(12/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味小柴胡汤联合西医常规治疗用于咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效确切,可降低不良反应发生率,改善预后。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of cough variant asthma.METHODS:102 patients with cough variant asthma admitted into Xianning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jul.2016 to Jul.2017 were selected and divided into observation group(odd number)and control group(even number)according to the admission sequences,with 51 cases in each.The observation group was given modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with conventional western medicine,while the control group was given conventional western medicine alone.Differences in clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.08%(49/51),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.35%,42/51),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse drug reaction of observation group was 11.76%(6/51),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.53%,12/51),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of cough variant asthma is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote prognosis.
