胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的近远期效果评价

Short-term and long-term effect evaluation of thoracoscopic lobectomy for early stage non-small cell lung cancer

目的分析胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的近远期效果。方法选取本院2016年7月至2018年5月期间所接收的80例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组实施小切口开胸叶切除术治疗,观察组实施全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,对两组患者的手术相关指标、术后免疫功能指标、生活质量、生存期级肿瘤复发率进行比较。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后引流量均优于对照组;观察组CD3+低于对照组,观察组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+值均高于对照组;观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤复发率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论对早期非小细胞肺癌患者实施胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,其能够使患者的免疫功能以及生活质量得以有效改善,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the short-term and long-term effects of thoracoscopic lobectomy for early stage non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were received from July 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent small incision thoracotomy. The observation group underwent total thoracoscopic lobectomy, and the surgical related indexes, postoperative immune function indexes, quality of life, and survival grade tumor recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The CD3+ of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ values of the observation group were higher than the observation group. The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the tumor recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion Thoracic lobectomy for patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer can effectively improve the immune function and quality of life of patients, and has clinical value.
