血必净联合抗菌药物治疗ICU重症肺炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of severe pneumonia in ICU patients

目的探究血必净联合抗菌药物治疗ICU重症肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月至2017年7月本院收治的86例ICU重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号实施分组:观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组单行抗菌药物治疗,观察组给予血必净联合抗菌药物治疗,对比不同治疗方案对患者的治疗效果,以及白细胞数量(WBC)、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)和氧分压(PO2)的影响。结果治疗7 d后,观察组WBC、PCO2、PO2水平较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率95.35%较对照组79.07%明显升高,差异有统计学意义(c2=7.340,P<0.05)。结论血必净联合抗菌药物治疗ICU重症肺炎患者的临床效果明显相比于单行抗菌药物治疗,联合用药能够有效改善患者病情,减少患者身体的不适感。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with antimicrobial agents in the treatment of severe ICU pneumonia. Methods 86 patients with severe pneumonia of ICU were selected from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital. According to the number of patients admitted to hospital, they were divided into two groups observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43). The control group was treated with antimicrobial agents alone. Patients in the observation group were treated with Xuebijing combined with antimicrobial agents. The effects of different treatment regimens on patients' WBC, PCO2 and PO2 were compared. Results After 7 days of treatment, compared with the control group, the WBC, PCO2 , PO2 level in the observation group was significantly improved (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (79.07%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with antimicrobials in treating ICU patients with severe pneumonia is significantly higher than that in patients with ICU severe pneumonia. The combined use of antibiotics can effectively improve the patients' condition and reduce the discomfort of the patients.
